  5. FIX       Locks the current picture information into memory.  When you Fix 
  6.           the Background, anything can be painted over it without changing
  7.           it.  Any work you do after fixing the Background can be erased by
  8.           selecting Clr without affecting the Fixed picture.  When the
  9.           Background is Fixed, however, no colors that match the current
  10.           Background color can be picked up.  Locking the Background is
  11.           memory intensive.

  13. FREE      Unlocks the current Background, so that it can be altered and can 
  14.           be erased.  All memory allocated to storing the Background
  15.           information will be freed.

  18. LOCK FG   This provides an additional way to define a `Stencil`.  Normally
  19.           a stencil is defined by color information.  When you lock
  20.           a color, you prevent it from being painted on no matter where it
  21.           is on the page.  Selecting Lock FG while using the Fix Background
  22.           option will allow you to define a Stencil by area.  When Lock FG
  23.           is selected, all areas on the page that have been added since the
  24.           Background was last fixed are defined as the Stencil.  These
  25.           areas can't be painted on regardless of the colors in them.
